Reservations & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Reservations are subject to product availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup are available within our service areas and at select hotels, vacation rentals, airports, and rental car locations.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup information.

  • Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside our standard service area.

Rental Equipment

  • All equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected prior to delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery and notifying us immediately of any issues.

  • Rental items should be used only for their intended purpose and according to manufacturer guidelines.

Damage, Loss & Theft

  • Customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the payment method on file.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for early returns or unused rental items.

Liability Waiver

By renting equipment from Sunny Tots Rentals LLC, you acknowledge that the use of baby and beach equipment involves inherent risks. Sunny Tots Rentals LLC shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident arising from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunny Tots Rentals LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of rental equipment.
